I. Full Machine Return Packaging Recommendations

Use Original Packaging

If you still have the original packaging of the mining machine, please use it for the return.

The foam design in the original packaging provides excellent stability and shock resistance during transportation.

II. Hashrate Board and Accessory (e.g., PSU) Return Packaging Recommendations

Due to the delicate nature of components like hashrate boards and power supplies, especially the PCB of the hashrate board, extra care is needed in packaging to prevent transportation damage.

HashBoard Return

• Wrap the entire hashrate board in foam, ensuring the four corners receive extra protection. Corners are the most vulnerable areas during transportation and should be covered with foam at least 2 cm thick.
• After wrapping, place the board into a suitably sized hard box, ensuring it is fully secured and does not move or come into direct contact with the box walls.
• Add an anti-static bag around the board to prevent static damage during transit.

PSU (Power Supply) Return

• Fully wrap the PSU in foam, with particular attention to protecting the edges and connectors.
• Place the PSU in a hard box, ensuring it remains stationary within the box.
• Fill any gaps between the PSU and the box walls with foam or other padding materials to prevent collisions during transit.

 

III. Additional Suggestions

Stability Testing:

After completing the packaging, simulate a transportation environment (e.g., gently shaking or tilting the box) to test the stability of the packaging. If movement is detected, adjust the padding materials.

Multiple Items:

If returning multiple items (e.g., multiple hashrate boards or PSUs), ensure that each component is individually packaged and secured to prevent secondary damage caused by direct contact.

Photographic Documentation:

Before shipping, take comprehensive photos of the machine and accessories to record their condition prior to return. This can help resolve any disputes.
